This package is ideal for the couple who, on their own, has handled all the details for their wedding and are in need of coordination within the final weeks before their wedding.

The “Wedding Day” Package includes:
 

• Up to three meetings, during which we will review the details of your wedding
• Preparing a detailed itinerary of your wedding day
• Coordinating the set up of the ceremony site, flower arrangements, programs, guest arrival, etc.
• Assistance to the couple and wedding party prior to the ceremony
• Coordinating the ceremony
• Supervision of the set-up of the reception site
• Receiving deliveries on your behalf (wedding cake, flowers, caterers, etc)
• Supervision of and communication with vendors during the reception
• Assisting your guests with any requests
• Handling of anything unexpected
• Preparing your Wedding Party for the receiving line and formal introductions
• Issue your final payments to vendors on your behalf
